1. Refund Eligibility

✔ Full refunds will be issued only if the event is canceled by the organizer.

✔ Partial refunds may be available in case of date changes or rescheduling.

❌ No refunds for attendee no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed via Razorpay or the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Customers must submit a refund request within 72 hours of event cancellation.
